All of my water logging data has disappeared with the recent app update. Is there a solution?

Yes, please fix this! My water entries have turned into “Custom” amounts of 1 oz each. The update wiped out all of the water data, and I now average 3 oz per day. I also miss being able to just click on the 24 oz bottle icon. That icon seems to be what converted to a 1 oz Custom entry because I used the 24 oz bottle a lot.

Just noticed this today. If it’s gone, I’m going to be so upset thinking about how much time has been spent logging my water intake since 2015!!!! One of the sole reasons I prefer my Fitbit over the Apple Watch. I hope they fix it ASAP!!!

Another 'Upgrade" that is worse than what we had before. Even without losing years of water tracking data, the new method of logging is clunky compared to the old way.

I'm seeing the same issue. The water total for every day older than 7 days has been set to 4 oz.

I agree - I checked to see if my Fitbit iOS App was updated to 4.40 (shows it is) but all previous days show water per day as 2 Fl oz.In MyFitnessPal for past MANY years I entered daily water consumption in 8 oz CUPS!!! (No ounces)

They pushed out a software update that messed with the water data.

Have you seen anywhere that a “new” update is coming to remedy this water data issue?

Same here. History all the way back to 2014 shows 1,2,or 3 ounces.
