Water Intake does not update correctly on daily totals log. See screenshot showing daily totals. Days are missing and out of order. I have IOS 16.6 on iPhone 14 Pro

Thanks for the screenshot and additional details. Do you recall when this started to happen? Are other graphs (steps, distance, etc) showing the right days?
If you haven't done so, please try to force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Open the water tile and try logging water for Thursday just to see if that makes a difference.
