I just got the Sense 2 (less than a Month. I have already had to forget the device and set it up fresh three times since initially setting it up. It does a half assed job of syncing data with the app, and the notification “feature” stops working daily. Any chance y’all are going to release a software update to make this thing useful?

Sorry @MorlogTB but we'all are, like you, Fitbit users.
For sync issues, many users have reported that clearing the fitbit apps cache is the answer.
Otherwise
Forgettong the device in your phones Bluetooth, does not require setting up the tracker. Apon opening the tracker, fitbit will ask for permission to pair.

I have had mine for a long time and for months now every time I go to use it I have to go to settings, forget device. Go back to Fitbit app and re pair. I have asked for help, gone on the chat and no help. They keep telling me to do the same things that don’t work. Oh I forgot, when I have it forget sense I also turn off Bluetooth for a bit and turn it back on. Nothing fixes it more than one time and then I am back to doing it every time. The customer support is not good ( it was in the past). I am looking to an alternative for sense. I have had a Fitbit since they first came out but I have never encountered a problem like this with no customer support help.
