No images on Fitbit app after update

Is anyone else having issues with the new version of the iOS app? Since the update, I see no images at all in the app. The data is still syncing okay and I can see all he text but nothing else in either the Today or Discover screens. I’ve tried logging out and back in and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But nothing has helped.

Thanks for letting us know about this, and the steps that you've tried. This is odd and to look into this, may I know if you've tried with both, WiFi and mobile data connection? What is the model and OS version of your phone? Also, if possible, please take a screenshot of what it displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply.

In the meantime, let me recommend rebooting your phone to see if that helps.

Thank you so much for responding, but somehow between this morning and this afternoon the issue corrected itself. I am now seeing everything again. 

For reference though, I am using an iPhone X; iOS 16.6 and I had tried both Wi-Fi and data connections. The only thing I had not yet tried was restarting the phone. I hope this helps in case someone else runs into this issue.
