The water tracker sometimes doesn't add ounces to the total even though the activity is listed in the log. If I swipe to delete a line, it subtracts the amount. Eventually, I have 0 total ounces with one bottle of water listed in the log.

Hello @Beedeep, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If the water total is not updating when you introduce your logs, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly, it does it when you remove one of the logs. To check this, please go to Food section of the online Dashboard to check if your water logs are recording correctly. If they are, please try the following in the app:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
