Water logs not updating on the Fitbit app.

Lately when I enter my water, the app doesn't always add up all of my entries. This is happenig only since the last update.

 

any thoughts from the FitBit team?

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the information displayed in the app is not updating correctly with the information in our servers. Please go to your online Dashboard and check if your water logs are recording correctly there. If they are, please force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't do the trick, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hi Marco, sorry for my delayed response. Thank you for responding to my inquiry.

 

My dashboard seems to update, but not the app (the way I normally track everything!).

 

It seems that the best way to make it work (when this happens) is to delete my log for the day and re-enter it. Since this doesn't happen often, I am okay with this solution. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the app development team in case there was a calculation bug happening here. I've seen calculation issues with other software, and it usually isn't a big deal, but if the team isn't aware of it, they can't fix it!

Since the latest app update and a change to the Dashboard, I can log water intake and it is showing as logged and as a total when I click on the water icon, it is showing the history fully. When I look at the dashboard though, the water icon is zero for every day? I've logged out, restarted my phone, logged back in and still water is at zero for each day on the dashboard. Is this a bug in the new dashboard as I did not have this problem before and update yesterday? Thanks for your help.
