I can’t sync my weather app, Tried turning off Bluetooth and reinstalled App, any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue. I also removed and reinstalled the app and reset my iPhone 6s I still do not see the Fitbit app in location services.  If I add weather locations to the app I will see those locations on the Fitbit but the do not update.

This is fixed by suggestion on getting Fitbit to appear in location services. 
search for the post on location services.
