Weekly progress report is not updating correctly

If I have completed exercising on 7 days out of 7 how can I then be down 2 days on the previous week?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Plett! Thanks for proving those screenshots with the data shown in your Fitbit app. 

 

It seems the Fitbit app is not updating correctly the information from our servers in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app and open it again, if this doesn't solve the issue:
  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is update
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
