My weekly activity report is showing incorrect weight. My goal is to maintain 170 pounds. I fluctuate between 168 to 172. For the last two weeks, the weekly stats report is showing my weight as 152 and 153

Good morning @LizzyFitbit

I received my weekly stats email yesterday and now it’s showing no number at all for my weight. I followed your advice.

Just updated to iOS 3.89 so I’ll wait until next week to see if it shows my correct weight.

Thank you for your help!

Hi there, @Rge.

Thanks for the details and screenshots provided. This is odd as the Weekly Reports should reflect the information you've synced on the Fitbit app. Because this isn't the case, may I know if this is the first time having this issue? Or the previous emails also show an incorrect weight? Also, are the rest of your details displayed correctly in the report?

In the meantime, let's try the following steps to make sure everything works correctly:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Weight tile
  4. Verify if your weight goal is correct and continue logging your weight details
  5. Make sure you've synced before ending the week and wait to see if next week your reports show the correct information

Hello and thank you for responding.

This is the second week that my weight is incorrect in the email. I have logged out and force quit the app, rebooted my phone (iPhone 13), verified my weight goal is correct (170).

I’ll wait until next and see what happens.

Hi there, @Rge.

You're welcome, thanks to you for trying the steps suggested above. In that case, let's make sure to sync before midnight, wait for the weekly report and check your details once you receive the email. Please keep in mind that these reports are sent out Mondays and continue through Tuesday of every week.

I have had a Fitbit for approximately four and a half years.

My weight stays fairly stable ( probably fluctuating over five  pounds or so)

Every week my weekly report says I have gained 1.2 pounds. If this was the case I would have gained around 20 stone! Even when I add my weight this is ignored so I don’t bother anymore.

Its annoying 😐
