Only last week I was able to connect with chat customer support. But I’ve tried several times on 3 different days, and there is no customer support. Is this a Google thing? I’m pissed. I don’t have time to deal with a bunch of forum articles before I look for an answer to my issues. So my first wonder is: WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT?? And my second issue is my sleep tracker. My Versa 4 has stopped tracking and I can’t figure out why.

Fitbit has put a banner up at the top of the forums stating that customer support has been busier than usual. That might be what happened to you.
