Weekly steps not updating correctly.

I’m really getting pissed that I can’t count on my totals being accurate. Current steps update but not weekly ones. Now I know why my friends are switching over to other vendors for their products.  Are you planning to fix this in the app or should everyone with an Apple phone just plan to buy Apple watches to track their steps and exercise?

What the heck!  Get this app fixed already. I started day with over 70000 steps for the week showing. I added over 13000 during the day and now at the end of day my weekly total has decreased to 66000?

I totally agree with you as I have been reporting this to them for over 4 months now.  I noticed it with the January update, so reported it.  It is now taking a days steps off at 5:00 pm (my time) instead of midnight and only counts the steps up to 5 pm the current day so I am usually out over 25,000 for the week.  It was accurate for the 3 years that I had been using it until then.  I have only been getting very vague responses and that they did not have an solution to MY problem.  I told them that if they are reporting incorrect information it is not MY problem but THEIRS.  They said they have only had a few complaints so....I guess they don't care that the information is correct only that something is there to make it look like they can do all these tasks.....

My Fitbit 3 does not add my weekly steps up. Any suggestions
