My iOS app for my flex does not update my weekly step count when I sync my flex. I need to shutdown the app and restart it for that total to be updated.

Hey there @Briang30! Welcome to the Fitbit Family!

Let me help you out, in order to get it synced I recommend you trying the following:

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • Restart your tracker.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.

Hope it helps!

I am not new to Fitbit, I've tried restarting my Fitbit and phone plenty of times in the past, this issue persists. Sounds like a software problem?

Hi @Briang30! I hope you're doing great!

It's a shame that your Flex still not syncing properly, if you have already tried all the suggestions posted above I recommend you contacting the Support Team so they can review your device history and check your options, you can take a look at the warranty before contacting them.

Hope it helps :). Let me know how it goes!
