Hi I love my fit bit today is my 6 th day I have been walking and consuming the right amount of cals to loose 2LBS a week I look like I have lost inches but only lost 1 lb just wondering if others loose inches more than weight ? Thank you

Hi @Shellmybell. I applaud your efforts! Please keep in mind that weight loss can vary, depending on many things, such as: Are you holding water? Are you building muscle? It can be as simple as your body needing time to adjust to the new eating/exercise routine. Give it time. Let us know how it is after 3 or 4 weeks. If you are still not losing what you feel should be an appropriate amount of weight, then you may have to make adjustments such as adding other types of exercise.
Remember, losing inches is good! The weight will follow. Keep up the good work!
