I would like to be able to track my weight lost since my highest weight. Even though I’ve manually entered that weight on the correct date (in September 2018) my weight loss is still being tracked from a date in February. How do I change it so that my dashboard reflects all the weight I have lost?

If you go to the Fitbit dashboard website, click 'Log' on the menu bar at the top, click the right hand arrow on the 'Plan Summary' section, then click 'edit plan', a box will pop up saying 'Your starting weight was XXX and was set on DATE.' Click 'edit' next to that, and then set the correct starting date (I don't think you have to worry about entering the weight).
