Well Fitbit just lost two customers over this long awaited fix for the nutrient section. It’s ridiculous that a known bug has gone this long without a fix. All we get from Fitbit is “we’re looking into the issue and anticipate a fix soon”. It’s been since the beginning of the month. I heavily rely on the nutrient section for my diet and so does my wife. We got sick of waiting for an update and just ordered two Apple watches. Expensive, but due to the abysmal response from Fitbit it looks like it’s the right choice.

If the nutrients section is the O-N-L-Y reason you are moving on the the Apple Watch, I'd have to say that move may be premature. And this is coming from the individual whose Feature Suggestion gave you that section on the food log page. And remember it is just the current day that is missing the information at this time. Previous and future dates still show the breakdown.
While I also moved on to Apple, it was for their excellent heart rate monitoring, definitely N-O-T for their food logging which is virtually non-existent. As the target if a viral attack on my heart in 2017 accurate heart rate monitoring is paramount.
I still use the FitBit app for meal logging as I have found it to be pretty much the best one out there and until the last year considered FitBit the best device/app combination available. My first two heart rate capable devices were excellent. It was the third that made me consider something else.
