What is going on. I had to delete the app and reinstall to get anything but a plain white window, and then I get this. AFTER I had to minimize it as small as possible to get most of the screen into the window. This is an improvement over the old app?? How do I fix this so that it’s even marginally user friendly?

@ZooMom5 I don't know why this is happening to you, but your screenshot is the web dashboard. This isn't happening to me or my husband. I have the app on my iPad, too. So that's three devices with normal app views. My only suggestion is to add the additional step of restarting your iPad in your troubleshooting. So:
- Tap on the gear icon in the upper right, then log out in the dropdown
- Delete the Fitbit app
- Restart your iPad
- Download the Fitbit app
I'm not sure that Support can help you if the problem persists. This is a mystery to me.
