Hello @jordidaunis, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community!, it's great to have you on board. 
At this moment, it's not possible for Alta to receive text notifications coming from WhatsApp on iOS, only through the native SMS app. However I think this is a great idea that will benefit many member in the Community, which is why I went ahead and found a suggested idea by @Smithy4188 to implement this feature in a future update. Feel free to add your comment and vote to this idea, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.
