When do the maxHR/custom heartrate zones get fixed? Waiting since June!

Still no solution for the messed up maxHR and custom heartrate zones that always return to default.

Look at this run from just now. Yiha, I managed to run nearly 30 minutes in the Peak Zone. Wow, I'm so good! Of course this is due to my custom settings reverting back to the rubbish default 220-age. When does this FINALLY get fixed? This is broken since June, and makes training and comparing previous exercises nearly impossible.

@Liliacea -

Are you using the published "work around" to the app custom Max HR bug?

Meaning setting the Max HR value in the web dashboard Settings page?

Set it there, sync your device so the device and app get the update and move forward.

Stay on top of it by routinely checking the zone definitions in the app. I have had to set the value a dozen times since September 3rd.

Yes, and sometimes it sticks for a week, sometimes just for a day. I checked on Saturday if everything was still fine, then went on above run yesterday. This data obviously shows that the setting was lost again. 😠

Fitbit, what is your solution to this long-standing problem? It seems like 'looking away and ignoring people' seems to be the way forward for you. Quite honestly, given the lack of support from you I would not recommend anyone to buy a fitbit.
