Are you all talking about the Fitbit.com dashboard? I just reloaded it and see no problems here. I'm running Chrome on a Windows 10 machine if it matters.

Best AnswerNo, my app dashboard changed this morning. From what I understand, some people never saw it. My husband had no idea what I was talking about but I'd been using a different interface for the past month or so.
There seems to be different dashboard views in the app. I have yet to determine how to keep the view I want as it keeps changing (I suspect from fitbit app updates). The view I want shows my progress in the circles all on one screen as shown in the first screenshot.
This is the view it keeps coming back too that I don't want
How do I get the first view (first image screenshot with the cicles) back?
Thanks,
Natasha
Ive never seen the first screen, what phone are you using? This is a quest ios n about the app and not the Surge.
Best AnswerHello everyone, I've moved this post to the ios forume and combined a few threads.
Best Answer@toughcookieI've been trying to figure this out since last night and after reading stories on here and listening to a rep reply back, it seems as if we were all using the "test" version that they randomly put us on when we downloaded the app. The testing is over which is why we are all back on the horizontal lines which most of us do not care for. According to the fitbit rep, they will take into consideration all of our input going forward to make the app better. When this is supposed to occur, who knows?
Best AnswerUgh thanks for letting me know, I want the circles back too 🙂
So far it doesn't seem like users are able to switch it back, hopefully FitBit just brings the circles back for us 🙂
haha same, glad I took that screenshot because most people I know that have the fitbit haven't seen it either!
I suggest: let's make a post on the requested feature forum asking to get the circles back, and everyone can vote for it so it gets put at the top and considered by the engineers. At the very least, we'll learn whether or not it's ever going to happen.
