Where do I see the trophies I have earned?

I have tried all of these steps and have won multiple trophies yet none of them show up in the app anywhere. Please advise.

To see the trophies on the Fitbit app; please do the following:

 

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Tap "Account".
  • Tap your profile picture.
  • Tap "Trophies" to see all the trophies you have earned.

My profile picture was gone, so I had to add in a new one, but that still didn't bring up my trophies.  I have an iphone 7.
