There used to be a sync button on the Fitbit Alta and has gone when the upgrade. Please advise thanks
need to update date and time

Hi, @Paulinet,
In your Fitbit app, if you tap on the Alta icon it will take you to the next screen where you will find "sync now"
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that you can find the "Sync Now" option by tapping on the Account icon > Your Device. Scroll down and you will be able to find this option under "All-day Sync"
If you're still unable to find it, please reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see when you tap on your device.
