I cannot find app for Fitbit charge 2 for iPad.

Really??? An old iOS app that does not recognize the fact that it is running on an iPad and presents like it is running on an iPhone (small size; will not change orientation)? Fitbit, it is 2018... you need to get up to speeed here.
