It has not been developed and released for iOS yet, @Stavo456. Fitbit offers this explanation:
Apple operates a closed ecosystem that doesn’t allow us to deliver this feature at this time.
This feature has been posted to New Feature Suggestion forum. You can tap here to add your vote and watch to see any new announcements.

Hello @Stavo456, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@Stavo456, I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that this feature has been intentional added by our development team. However, at the moment it's only possible to use Quick Replies with messages coming through the Fitbit app.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hi, i'm just wondering why do we (iOS users) need to vote for this feature? Isn’t it already a feature for android users, and as far as i know we both paid the same price for our Fitbit products. So why are iOS users getting product with less capabilities? I know you have mentioned that apple has a closed system or something like that which would not allow you to give iOS users quick replies, but if that’s the case then why are you still suggesting that we vote for this feature? You are making it seem as though, if you get enough votes can actually provided this feature. So my question is, can you do it or not? Cause if you can, then just do it (and give us the same experience android users are currently enjoying). But if you can’t then just tell us you can’t and stop asking us to vote. I'm just very confused as to why we are always being told to vote for this feature. I don't think there is a single iOS user that won't welcome this feature. Thank you very much for reading my comment. 🙂

I appreciate your feedback and I also wish I could use that feature with my iPhone/Versa. I voted for the feature. Perhaps, @dre999, Fitbit is hoping to show Apple that we have enough interest to convince them to work with us on this feature.
