Can anyone tell me why Fitbit hasn't updated their app to allow dark mode?

While it's great to improve your products, the users interact with the app to update their daily activity and their fitbit device. So don't you think giving the users what they want will make the community more interactive and get people more drawn towards the company?

That thread doesn’t answer the question of why dark mode a dark mode feature isn’t planned. For a health based app, it would make sense to also take care of eye health, right?

 

What is the reason FitBit refuses to add dark mode? I get it’s probably FitBit club and all, but it’s 2023. This feature was requested in 2017….Voting on the feature request and asking on social media does nothing. So, we deserve answers especially since we are paying for this…

I really love the app, but why is there no dark mode? I am visually impaired and have to use dark mode for all other applications. Upsetting!

Dark theme saves of a lot of peoples eye strain not to mention it may even save some battery, But the Dark Mode is necessary for a lot of us.
