Why does the dashboard only show the last 7 days worth of activity?

I'm using the fitbit app on my iPhone 6 to track my steps, and it is linked to my Vitality account as well. The dashboard only shows the last 7 days worth of activity, this is the same on the fitbit app and the website.

I've looked at the historic steps, it also shows 7 days worth of steps between 25/10/16 and 31/10/16, and all data before 19/08/16. Everything else shows 0 steps. Where has all of the data gone? How do I get it back for the dates 20/08/16 to 24/10/16, and 1/11/16 to 25/01/17?

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Are you using MobileTrack on the Fitbit app or are you using the Fitbit app along with a tracker? Please remember that we recommend syncing either MobileTrack or a Fitbit tracker at least 1 time every 7 days, as both are able to store detailed information about your stats for that period of time.

Additionally, Fitbit trackers can store general information about your stats for up to 30 days, which is not possible on MobileTrack. If you're syncing constantly but your information is not updating, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about this situation, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. Smiley Wink

Hi @MarcoGFitbit thank you for helping!

I am using the MobileTrack app, no wearable tracker used. I sync almost everyday, data was definitely there previously but it has disappeared for certain periods.

I have contacted support as well, got a case number but no update yet.
