I weighed in (manually) on 2/21 and started a goal that date. Since then I've manually weighed in daily, and have lost 4.8 pounds (stomach flu). Fitbit app (iOS and Dashboard) reported no progress until yesterday and now report .6 pounds lost.
At one point I deleted the original weight entry and re-entered.I also tried adding the same weight manually for the day prior, in case that would make a difference. Please make it show me the actual amount lost!
The goal still says "pounds lost since 2/21" and the amount to my goal is correct. The only part incorrect is the calculation of actual pounds lost, which is frustrating because of course I'm going to want the badges!!

Hello there @catgeek, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response. Thanks for letting me know that your goal progress isn't updating correctly. I'm sorry that you're having this experience, I'll be glad to help you.

If the weight tile continues showing incorrect information, please take a screenshot comparing the Fitbit app and your online dashboard so I can further investigate. To attach it in your reply, check this post.
I've moved your post from Manage Weight to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Keep me posted.

Hi, I've done everything you have suggested but the weight lost is still incorrect.
This is my first post in the community so it is not letting my upload a screenshot of my dashboard. Frustrating. I had to upload it to my cloud archives in order to create an html link: https://ln4.sync.com/dl/63d334810/5zz587dr-aucsigu3-2f5ww2g4-x4ghjuan
Please advise how to correct this.
Thank you,
Kate

I’m having the same issue. Did all of the above and it did not work.
Also, I can’t attach an image.
