I am trying to sync my Charge 4 for the first time in a few months, but I can’t login. I searched the help topics and have rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app and deleted the old Bluetooth connection. Nothing. The login works fine on the web so I know it’s correct.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend to clear your iPhone cache, restart your router, turn off WiFi on your phone and use your cellular data. After that you can set up your device by following these steps: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
