It would be great to allow App users to set Widgets / Notification so we can quickly view summary outcome with sync button and last sync date/time.

Searching over there I found that someone already have posted similar to your request. iOS Notification Widget feel free to add your vote to show your support.

For sure it would be great @SunsetRunner! You should check the Feature Request forum. Since I couldn't see a similar idea, go ahead and post feature requests for the changes you would like to see. (That is the forum Fitbit uses to gauge peoples interest in changes to their products.)
