But your phone doesn't have the data - it also gets the data from the fitbit servers.

Hello @Lisalgutie, it's nice to see you around. As @SteveH mentioned, an Internet connection is necessary to update the information you're entering to our servers, this connection can be WiFi or cellular data. Please make sure Cellular Data is enabled for the Fitbit app by going to Settings > Fitbit. Then, turn off WiFi on your phone and try to add a food log on the Fitbit app.
If that doesn't do the trick, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Give it a try and keep me posted if you need anything else! ![]()
