Had my blaze for a while now and recently it stopped connecting and on the once in a blue moon I can get it to connect it won’t hold the connection.
I have an iPhone X and everything is up to date.
pretty frustrating and will not buy another Fitbit product.
Best AnswerHi, @FatherofTwo919 , when you say “won’t connect” do you mean that you are unable to sync your Blaze to upload your daily activities etc, or do you mean you cannot use “connected GPS”?
Hopefully with a little more information someone will be able to help you with your issue.

to get it to connect I have to reboot the tracker
and I looses the connection a couple hours later
Best Answer@FatherofTwo919 , that is not uncommon, I am afraid, especially with older trackers. But really with a Fitbit like the Blaze you don’t need to be constantly connected: you can see most stats on your Blaze and only need to sync every few days. If a simple restart gets you connected and synced again, I guess I don’t really see the problem. The Blaze is quite a few years old now, and if yours is still going strong and only requiring a restart every now and again that doesn’t sound so bad.
Or perhaps I still don’t quite understand the problem? Apologies if so!
