Won't hold a charge

I have charged my battery twice in the last two days and within an hour it says it's almost empty.

Welcome to our Community @Cskikel! Thanks for joining us! Smiley WinkI noticed @SunsetRunner provided you with some tips to help you resolve your issue. Did it worked? If not, I'd suggest you make sure that your tracker isn't loose in the charging cable. To do this, try pushing the tracker further into the charging cable or moving it around to see if it starts charging. If after doing this your tracker's battery is still draining I'd suggest you contact our Customer Support team so they can provide you with a good solution for this.
