My steps from previous days this week are not showing up. For instance I'll be able to sync all day and see my steps for today but when I wake up tomorrow I can't go back and look at them it says zero... I also slept with it on and it did not sync my sleep. Please help 😞

Hi @Lindsaybauer,

I think the root of this problem may be that your tracker has not synced the data over to the app. I would recommend the following:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if this helps you out!

I reset my fit bit, rebooted my iPad, turned off Bluetooth for 15 seconds, reopen fit bit, but it will still not show number of steps.  Now what?
