Won't sync, can't log in, can't connect!!

I've had my charge HR for a week and yesterday it stopped syncing to my app. I tried restarting everything and leaving it over night and re-syncing this morning. I read some forums and they said to disconnect my Fitbit from the app... I did. It then couldn't reconnect it. It kept saying there was an error and then offering different numbers and still not working. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it.... Now I can't even log in to the app! It keeps saying my email/password are incorrect, I've changed my password but still nothing. I can log in online so clearly it's all correct! Please help!! I'm hiking the inca trail next week and I want to know how far I walk!!! I have an iPhone 4s.

Hi @Septemberrose

 

Since being a app related issue have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
