Won't sync to app!!

I too am having the same problems with my app showing my steps but not saving the steps!
I am so frustrated!
My Fitbit was a gift for Xmas..
This is the THIRD problem I have had with it!!
I have had to restart it every time! It fixes a problem but then a new one appears!!

Hey there @jb25086! Welcome to the community!

I suggest you following these troubleshooting steps in order to get it fixed: 

 

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
Restart your tracker (2 or 3 times in a row). 
- If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer. 

 

Check the suggestions posted on this thread that it might help you as well.
