The syncing is erratic. I've deleted the fitbit and reloaded everything. I've even deleted and reloaded the Fitbit icon. I'm disappointed as I like the product but the problems with syncing have been going on since I got it. I am tired or reloading everything. I am a beta tester so I have let the battery get to total dead several times and though that may impact things for a day or two, it still doesn't resolve the problem long-term. Help!!

It's nice to see you around my friend @Bethhommes ! Have you tried all the steps listed here? Have you tried setting up your Fitbit as a new device?

I succeeded it getting it to sync through my phone. For now that's working. The computer then picks it up from the phone.
