Let me help you out with your Alta, I recommend following the steps below in order to get it synced:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Open the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device.
- Open the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, restart it using the instructions on this post.
