Alta connecting trouble

I have been having trouble with my Alta syncing and Bluetooth issues. A tech friend told me to "forget" the Alta on my Bluetooth and the Fitbit app and try to reload it... I forgot it and now it won't connect back with my iPhone. It gets all the way to the screen where it asks for the code showing on my tracker and when I put the code in it just sits and spins forever saying "connecting to Fitbit", but nothing ever happens. PLEASE HELP. I need it added back on immediately! Is there a way to wipe my Alta completely and start from scratch? How can I get it connected back??

This is pretty odd let me help you out, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

 

1. Log out from the app. 

2. Reboot your iPhone and log back in.

3. Restart your tracker 2 or 3 times in a row (make sure to follow the instructions on this post). 

 

In regards of  your last question, if you would like to start from scratch you would have to delete your account and then create it again.
