I left my zip at home so I used the exercise tracker to track my steps while at work. When I got back and synced with my zip it showed on my zip but won't sync to my challenges. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Spielbam. It's great to have you here. Please be aware, if you are using your mobile device to track your activities (MobileTrack), your walking steps will count towards your challenges only if you have an iPhone 6, an iPhone 6 Plus or an iPhone 5s. If you are using MobileRun I'm afraid that your steps won't count towards challenges, Lifetime or Badges. More information about challenges can be found in @DerrickS's post.
