Workout screen doesn't load correctly

Hi, when I start to record e.g. a walk in the app the shows the activity information in a messy way. First second it looks ok then it sort of overwrites the information like if it didn’t fit to the screen (I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a Fitbit 4 hr ) or can’t resize the font. Are there any settings that can fix this? I tried to reinstall the app.

Welcome to the community forums, @Joakim.R.

Thanks for the details provided and the steps tried on your own. Because this is odd, may I know if the same happens with other tiles such as the sleep or heart rate? Also, does this happen with any exercise summary, or just with a specific one?

I understand you've tried reinstalling the Fitbit app, but please double check if the Fitbit app is updated and try rebooting your phone afterward.

Hello and thank you for answering. I have version 3.82 of the app installed. Seems to be the latest in AppStore. All screens look normal no problems with sleep, heart rate etc. It is only the screen that pops up when you start a workout, e.g. walk, from the app that have problem to display the real-time data an avg speed. See attached pictures (I use metric settings and language Swedish). Duation and tempo is overwriting each other . Best regards Joakim

Hi there, @Joakim.R.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well as the screenshot provided. Because you're using the Fitbit app in Swedish, could you try changing it to English? This will help us to understand if the issue is related to the language or if the Fitbit app is the one not working properly. To do this, please follow the steps described here.

Hello,

tried changing language to English… and it works 🙂 see screenshot

This is the way it should look like

Thank you for the help. I guess it’s the Swedish formatting that messes up the screen

Hi there, @Joakim.R.

You're welcome! Thanks to you for the efforts and the screenshot shared in your reply. As you noticed, it seems to be an issue with the Swedish language. I'm sorry if this causes any inconvenience and my best advice is to continue using the Fitbit app in English to see your details correctly. Please note you can also track your exercises and GPS data directly from your Fitbit device as long as it supports the Exercise app. To learn more, see this help article.
