When I change a workout, it doesn’t save. It takes me like 10 tries to get it to save. Help!

Hi @EricG123Welcome! It's great to see you around.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. To better assist you, could you please confirm if you are trying to change the workouts using your Fitbit device or using the Fitbit app?

If you are using the Fitbit app to change shortcuts, please confirm that you are doing the following:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Charge 4 tile.
2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
- To add a new exercise shortcut, tap the + icon and select an exercise.
- To remove an exercise shortcut, swipe left on a shortcut.
- To reorder an exercise shortcut, tap Edit (iPhones only), and press and
hold the hamburger icon, then drag it up or down.

3. Sync your device to save the changes

Hope this helps.

Thank you for that, but I was following this. It looks like it still
doesn’t save for some reason.

@EricG123 Thanks for your reply and for trying the instructions provided before.

I recommend trying the following:

1. Restart your phone

2. Restart your Fitbit device, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Set up your Fitbit as new device, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

4. Change shortcuts again

If that doesn't work please try to change the exercise shortcuts from the online Dashboard, click the gear icon - Settings - Charge 4 and then Exercise shortcuts.

See you around.
