Wrong gender on Cardio Fitness graph

Hi, I use Fitbit premium on an iPhone with a charge5. My gender is male and it has always been set that way and is correct in the web app, but is now showing female in the iOS app in my heart rate screens. Logging out of the app and logging back in doesn’t correct it. Thanks…

Hello @SeanKC and welcome to the Community.  Please clarify something.  The gender specific benchmark in the heart rate section is Cardio Fitness for age.  Are you saying that you are listed as a woman there?  This might help with troubleshooting -- searching for older posts that gave helpful answers.

Yes that’s what’s happening. I already tried the suggestions in the other posts I found.

@SeanKC   I flagged your post to get a moderator's attention.  I also moved your post to the iOS forum, a better fit for this issue.

Welcome to the community, @SeanKC@LZeeW Thanks for the heads up!

@SeanKC Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and for the steps that you've tried prior to posting. I understand that you've checked your settings on the website, but could you check if the same ones are displayed on the Fitbit app? For instructions, check out this help article.

In case that's correct, please try changing the gender to female. Then force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, change the gender back to male and check if the information gets corrected in the cardio fitness score graph.
