I have an issue with my surge. It was just one day, now it's days behind. I work out of state so each time my surge dies, I cannot get home to connect to computer to charge it until the end of the week, by then its lost more time. I've been trying to sync but my app keeps closing soon after I open it.

Hello @Marcy1987! Glad to see you in our community!

You can try to uninstall then re-install Fitbit app.

You can also try this in changing your tracker's time.

Hope this helps!

Removing the app will delete my data. Last week the was saying the last sync was 2 weeks ago now its saying 9 months ago. So, not only is the tracker messed up but the app is too.
