Fitbit iOS app is not syncing with my Zip. Phone and Zip are both updated and fully charged. Bluetooth is on. Have tried turning off and back on both Bluetooth setting and phone. Manual sync option in app does nothing.

Unfortunately, this help article did not help. I found the solution to the sync problem from a fellow Zip user. After trying all of the suggestions even before I read the article, I was ready to give up. A fellow user found success with simply removing the Zip battery, and reinstalling it. The app now syncs. Simple fix. Hopefully, it will continue to work.

THANK YOU for responding to my question.... I had tried everything I could think to do, uninstalling & reinstalling Fitbit app, turning my phone totally off & on, turning off & on Bluetooth etc..... Then you responded saying remove the zip battery & reinstall it & NOW IT WORKS AGAIN...! Hopefully it'll continue my streak of achieving my daily steps......
