Zone Minutes Pre-Update Were Much Higher.

Before the update, I would walk in place for 30 minutes & my heart rate would get to 120- 140 bpm. This would give me approximately 50 - 60 Zone Minutes. Since the update, my routine hasn't changed, but my heart rate on average will stay between 80 - 100. I'm lucky to see 1 - 5 Zone Minutes for the entire day. With the new update, have I been kidding myself all these years using this device?

Hello @bmrpts and welcome to the Community.  You didn't mention what model you use, but it sounds like you are writing about a recent firmware update.  Fitbit changed the heart rate algorithm and says that it improves heart rate accuracy during exercise.  Walking in place is a very light activity.  I think your Fitbit was grossly overestimating your heart rate.
