How do I, for my Fitbit account, delete all my Fitbit measures data so I can start from a clean sheet ?

Hi @SunsetRunner -- I don't think you can do it through the iOS app, but you can manage data under settings on the web app. You can get there by clicking the gear icon at the top right on your dashboard. Or this link should get you there.
