@Sharondod Are you speaking of the iOS 13.1.1 Update? 🤣 I just got it. I’ll be the guinea pig and take the plunge. I’ll be right back after the update and let ya know if it killed my Fitbit or not. 👋🤣 brb with an update on my adventure
Best AnswerHello again @Sharondod
I just did the 13.1.1 update on my iPad and everything is working without issue. Are you still unable to sync your Versa since the previous update?? If that’s the case I do know that the iOS 13 and the iOS 13.1 was really picky about Bluetooth connections and the permissions set to access the Bluetooth with apps. If I were you to give you the cleanest update I would totally delete the Fitbit app from your device (you will not lose data doing this) then I would shut down my device then reboot it back up and then download the newest iOS update. Once the iOS update is complete (make sure your Bluetooth is currently on) then I would then head to the App Store and reinstall the Fitbit app. Once it’s installed just log in as you normally would with username and password. Then don’t touch anything....just wait for your Bluetooth to give you a prompt to allow access to your Fitbit App. Make sure you say allow for all Bluetooth request for your app.
😃 let me know if this solves your syncing issue
