iv had my fitbit for 4 days now all good but today it not log my active minutes or track when iv walked any where on my iPhone and on the fitbit its self theres no dots on each thing steps,miles,cal..iv reset it and logged off and deleted the app ans added it again and still not work .....help

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you take a screen shot of the Dashboard as it is showing on your app? That would let me see exactly what is happening and what is the best way to go about it.

Hi this did fix its self but now had another update it's not working again it's not tracking exercise or how active iam

Hey @SunsetRunner!
Thanks for that picture. It is possible that everything is being tracked correctly and that Active Minutes are not being awarded because of the way they work. Please keep in mind that in order to track active minutes you have to perform a high-intensity activity for at least 15 minutes non-stop. If the intensity of the activity is reduced, or you take a small break, the active minutes will not be tracked at all.
