app won't download on ios 10

my charge hr wouldn't sync. i restarted my ipod. signed in and out on everything and nothing. so i deleted the app thinking that if i downloaded it again it would work.  but now the app won't even download.  it will start but then times out saying that it could not be downloaded. i try again and it does the same thing.  what do i do now.  everything is up to date.

I am in the same boat.  I tried using my computer and itunes and I got the same error.  Can anyone help?

This souns pretty odd try logging out of the Apple ID, reboot your mobile device and log back in. To log out go to your App store - Scroll to the bottom - Tap on - Apple ID - Sign out.
