call and text alerts

Even though all things are checked in settings I can't get calls and texts on my Fitbit. It vibrated when someone called but didn't show anything on screen and doesn't do anything for texts

@Cathrine2010  Have you double checked to be sure notifications are set to "ON" on the Charge 2 itself?  (Press and hold side button on Charge 2 to toggle notifications off or on)

@Cathrine2010  Also, do you have "Quick View" enabled?  Alerts will not automatically light up the screen.  You either have to press the side button to view, or have "Quick View" enabled.

@Kmransom123 yes quick view is enabled. I can get calls and calendar alerts now but just not text messages

@Cathrine2010  On your iPhone, do you have your text messages "Show on Lock screen"?  (And have "Allow in Notification Center", "Show in Notification Center" as well)

@Kmransom123 Yes I do. I think I have checked everything. Even reinstalled the app on phone and resynced.
