Failed to record any steps since 1/4, and no sleep for the past 2 days. Indicates that it is synching, but not doing anything really.

@MsTeaka If you removed the Blaze from the Fitbit app, then you will have to add the tracker again to your account. (Do the setup process again.)

@scotttetrick One thing to try is under your phones bluetooth setting, tell it to "Forget this device". My husband's Blaze wouldn't sync and as soon as I removed it from bluetooth, it started to sync again. Then I just paired it back to get notifications again.

I removed it from my phone (Bluetooth) but how do I go about repairing it again?
I also "removed" device from phone? So it's not showing my Fitbit under my account

i called customer service! I did everything correct -but did not know to hold the on/off button down for 15 seconds to get new 4 digit code to re-set up account!
